august

* my 2-year in-the-making project the bear lake is now available (digitally only). the music can be dark and challenging but pays off with patience. i'm really proud of this piece of work that has its own place in my catalog of releases.

* royal wood's new album the waiting (mainly produced by myself and royal) has been mixed by pierre marchand, pascal shefteshy, and myself. it is now available in stores and from your favourite digital retailer.

* mixing has begun for christine bougie's forthcoming cd release aloha supreme. word is it will be released sometime in september.

* i am in the midst of some touring as guitarist for sarah harmer and her awesome band. we played some inspired shows in ontario, the u.k., eastern u.s. as well as some fantastic music festivals (ottawa blues fest, hillside festival, vancouver folk fest...). more to come this summer. in the fall we will hit the road for a couple months around north america.
